What is Yoga-Lattes?
Yoga-Lattes is a workout that combines the best stretches from Yoga with the best core exercises from Pilates. It is in an easy-to-follow format suitable for all ages and all abilities with no previous experience necessary. We do try and include a few minutes of pure relaxation at the end of every class. It is taught by Natasha Leschinski who has many years experience of teaching including pre & post natal ladies.
Who is it for?
Yoga-Lattes is good for those with existing core strength and those wishing to increase their flexibility so is a very good for runners and sports persons needing a good stretchout.
This workout is particularly good for those coming back from having a baby and the Weds 11.30am class invites mothers to come along with their babies as long as the children do not cause any risk to others participating in the class.
The class is 55 minutes long which includes the relaxation. If you have a non-slip yoga mat this will help getting you into some of the poses, but Natasha has a couple of mats for those who haven't got one yet.
